What is it?

A pad made form a silicone gel material with a wall to enclose the lower portion of the heel bone. It may have a softer gel insert inder the base of the heel. Size is determined from the users normal footwear size.

What does it do?

The silicone material provides shock absorption to help reduce the symptoms of heel pain. The softer gel insert can provide additional relief when a heel spur is present.
