Silicone TCI’s
Total Contact Insoles (TCIs) are designed to redistribute pressures underneath the foot to minimise tissue breakdown. We are one of the first organisations to produce made to measure silicone total contact insoles with complete control of material density with an accurate anatomical fit.
Silicone AFO
Silicone Ankle Foot Orthoses are highly specialised and can be designed to be highly cosmetic and improved comfort over traditional afo designs.
Carbon fibre orthoses
Using carbon fibre has revolutionised the design of ankle foot and knee ankle foot orthoses. Its high strength to weight ratio enables us to produce products which give exceptional control with less weight. We can also make the orthosis more tailored by varying its thicknesses to give areas of flexibility and stiffness and the overall design is more attractive.
Silicone laminated orthoses
This unique manufacturing process produces a material that combines the structural properties of thermoplastic with the shear absorption properties of silicone. It works by producing a thermoplastic shell in the traditional way and then sandwiching it in silicone.
