New Technologies

Whilst craftsmanship and traditional manufacturing processes have been synonymous with the Orthotic Industry the advent of new technology has provided exciting opportunities and challenges to improve and expand the available solutions for the Orthotic user.

Crispin Orthotics has invested significantly in new CAD/CAM manufacturing equipment which provides an accuracy and repeatability of manufacture that was previously unattainable.

We also have new clinical assessment technology which is providing the Orthotist and other members of the clinical team (Doctors, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists etc) with additional information. This can be used to assist in the development of more accurate prescription and treatment plans.

Research into new materials and applications is also underway as another avenue for improving and developing Orthotic treatment solutions.
